I Want An Actual Answer

For all the people who support Trump.  I actually want to know an actual answer of WHY.  Not bullshit nonsense.  The actual reasons. With citations and sources.

He said he was going to lower the costs of groceries. But then he added tariffs on everything under the sun which not only increased inflation, but also added an extra $1,886 per year for a family making $100k from increased taxes which do not get included into inflation.

He said he was going to lower gas prices. Then entered into the stupidest war in the history of humanity. No one even knows what the hell we’re doing there. The CIA has had a playbook on Iran since the 50s that any conflict will affect the Strait of Hormuz. S this wasn’t a shock. You disrupt 25% of the worlds oil flow. And cause prices to go up 40%.

He said No new Wars. Stop spending American dollars over seas, use that money to bolster things at home. He then proceeds to enter into 9 conflicts in a year. More than any president in history. In Iran alone we have now spent a quarter of a billion dollars. But that doesn’t even take into account the damage that has been done to the bases, which would be close to another trillion. And he just asked for another $350 billion (with a b) from congress. This could be close to $4 TRILLION by the end of the year.

Remember when he said he was going to bring manufacturing jobs back? Through the Chips Act and Infrastructure Act Biden created 650,000 manufacturing jobs. People making chips. New foundries being opened (like in Syracuse and Geneva). Then also with the Infrastructure act with people installing wind turbines and solar panels. Well, Trump cut all of that. All of those jobs are gone. You have half built projects, that are now sitting there abondoned. While Biden added 650,000 manufacturing jobs. Trump has lost 75,000.

So we want to make energy cheaper? Look, I’m not some sort of clean energy hippy. I’m fine with oil and stuff. BUT the problem is we are maxed out. There is no producing more, regardless of how much oil you drill. We NEED wind and solar, not because of the green hippy bullshit, but because we need the increased capacity. Trump killed all of that. Which now you have places like Texas, Arizona, New Mexico, California, and Nevada which have constant brown outs, just because they can’t produce enough energy. My God, even at my house. So last month it got hot outside, so I had my Air Conditioning on all the time, and I keep it at 68 degrees. I literally got a letter from RG&E bitching about my electric usage and how I might be put on an “enterprise” plan with higher rates. Luckily. I don’t care, I can afford it, you’re going to have to take my 68 degrees from my cold dead hands.

He said he was going to decrease the deficit. Biden did decrease it by $1.5 Trillion, while also doing the Infrastructure Act, and subsidies for people’s health care. Trump has increased the deficit by $5 TRILLION in just the last year. The Deficit currently stands at $38 Trillion. And in the 250 years of the country, Trump alone makes up 36% of that. Wrap your head around that. And that number is only increasing.

He brought in Musk and Doge to cut wasteful spending. They cut around $56 billion, and included things like cancer research, national parks, increased energy production. But at the same time, he has spent over $20 Billion. Yes, Billion, With a B on bullshit vanity projects. He took a plane from Qatar which 8 other countries rejected (how stupid do you have to be to take a plane from another country, you think there isn’t espionage shit on there?). He then spent $400 million to have work done to the plane. Which 2 weeks ago the secret service said was not fit for flight.  Then there is the total nonsense.

  • One Billion has been taken out of National Park and Pentagon funding to pay for him tearing down the east wing. Something that has been around for 120 years and housed things like The Office of The First Lady, the office space for the Vice President, and where the media has their stations. To Replace it with a ballroom like he is Jay Gatsby living in the gilded age, because people give a shit about balls. The best part is he said “It will be funded by private donors”. NOPE NOPE NOPE. When Epcot Construction did the removal, they were stiffed on $36 million payment. They tried to sue. When they did, the court was told that money from his PAC cannot be used for stuff like that, because it would be considered an ” In kind” donation and violates FEC rule. It has to be paid out of the budget from either the Parks Department of Department of the Interior
  • He took $51 million from the Parks Department budget to replace white granite steps in the west wing leading up to the oval office with African marble, which was then sent to Italy for finishing.
  • Currently if you look at the front of the white house it has a giant tarp over the front of it. Why? Because he has spent $180 million to replace the Tennessee Granite which have been there for 142 years columns with more African Marble.
  • After his UFC fight, which tax payers paid $68 million for, the entire south lawn was destroyed. This was supposed to be paid for by sponsors. But exactly $0 came in. Rather the sponsor money went to the UFC for streaming rights. So on top of the $68 million spent, we are now spending another $18 million for him to build a helipad in the lawn instead of just putting in grass.
  • $350 million to build an Arch to himself, which will also block the view of Arlington Cemetery when going down the road. I guess screw you Vets.
  • $85 million to rename the Defense Department “The Department of War” which no one is ever going to call it, because that is stupid.
  • We spent $28 million on his name change for the Kennedy Center, including the stuff on the front as well as removing art and program changes.  All of which was deeded unconstitutional by the supreme court
  • He Fired all members of the Consumer Relief Board. Replaced them all with his own people.  Since then, they closed $1.8 Billion worth of class action suits to help customers.  And in the last 3 months have rejected 39 of 39 requests against the likes of Meta and Amazon. Who also paid him $8 million to his pack.
  • Presidents are given $100,000 to make renovations to the white house. Nixon used it to put in a Bowling Alley. Reagan used it to put in a movie theater. Obama used it to put in a basketball court. These were all in the East Wing, so they are done now since he tore it down. Meanwhile Trump has spent $89 million in gold plated bullshit he has put around the white house.
  • The Reflecting pool. $14 million given to his buddy. The Parks Department and the Department of the interior told him BEFORE he did anything, that the reflecting pool was built in a very specific way. The walls were porous so they could allow water to weep out, to then be replaces by rain water, and in order to reflect it needs standing fresh water. He then went and sealed the whole thing with polyurethan paint, which suffocated the weep holes. So instead of having recycled water, you just get stagnant standing water like a swap. Literally everyone told him this, but he did it any ways because he thought it would be like a pool that has an electronic filtration system which the reflecting pool does not. Literally everyone told him the algae and peeling would happen. But then to make things worse, they make up bullshit stories about “Antifa Vandals” cutting 350 foot slashes in the pool. Only problem there, there are 7 CCTV streams on Youtube and The National Park Website that live stream the pool 24x7x365. It never happened. But that doesn’t stop Fox News from lying about it. But now we have to spend another $20 million to drain it, strip the paint, but then the idiot is going to paint it again so the same thing will happen next summer.
  • A Few blocks from the white house there is a park which 150 years ago used to have a fountain. That fountain hasn’t been used in 80 years. He told them to turn it on. They told him they couldn’t because the water would be brown since the pipes have been rusted for almost a century. He forced them to turn it on. And yeah, brown water. $20 million to fix
  • There are 8 horse statues that are around the DC area. They are granite. He spent $8 to have them all gold plated for no reason
  • 10 years ago congress appropriated $25 million for the “America 250” Celebration. Trump literally stole all of that money, sent it to the “Freedom 250” Super Pac. Then proceeded to take another $200 million from the State Department budget and send it to his own pac. To then put on the saddest “fair” of all time. I know he likes to say “250 million people attended” But the reality is there were 61,419 tickets sold. That’s 64% less than the New York State Fair

NOW, lets talk about the Grift. People love to talk about the “Biden Crime Family” because Hunter worked on the board of a Foreign Company. And Sold $36k worth of paintings to a UAE official. That’s it. So Holy Shit buckle up for this.

  • 2 day before Trump took office, UAE invested $2 billion into Trump coin. One day after he took office, they did a Rug Pull. That $2 billion, as well as all the money MAGA idiots invested into the coin, was immediately pulled out by World Liberty Financial. Company run by Trump and his sons. 1,836,176 people invested in Trump Coin. 46. No joke, just 46. Were able to cash out and make a profit. Meanwhile the other 1,836,130 to this day are stuck holding the page, with their investment down 97%
  • when trump took office he was worth $600 million (not the billions people believe). After his first year, he had made $2.6 BILLION. Nearly $2 billion of that on Crypto scams. After he took office they released the Melania coin. Again, these MAGA idiots go and buy it. They rug pull it. So bad it’s not even listed anymore, it was removed from the block chain, which means all 315,284 people who invested in it lost 100% of their money. Meanwhile World Liberty Financial rug pulled $895,194,746
  • The Stock Market. Oh Sweet Lord Baby Jesus The Stock Market. Trump, Witkoff, and Kushner have been flagged by multiple exchanges (CBOE, KOSPI, NYSE, FTSE ) for manipulating markets to the tune of $9 BILLION. Trump can effect markets with a single tweet. 31 times there were whale options submitted within 3 minutes of a tweet. That’s not coincidence.
  • MY GOD. And you want to make it worse? Remember Martha Stewart when she went to jail for insider trading because she was given the Mama media quarterly report a few hours before they released it to the public and shorted $56,000. This week Trump announced he is going to sell early access to his truth social posts to Wall Street Firms for $100,000 a month. Every single financial institution is going to buy this. We could be talking over a half trillion a year. This is the very definition of insider trading. I don’t think people understand how massive this is. As an actual trader, let me explain it to you. Ok, I might go too technical, but bare with me. So he is going to sell these for $100k a month and you get access 2 seconds early. Now to most people, you hear that and shrug and think, 2 seconds? who gives a shit. Now the things you see on TV of Wall Street with people on the floor of the NYSE, that’s really just photo ops. The actual market makers are using near quantum computing. It’s not done by humans. It’s all algorithms behind the scene, taking all the information, quantifying it in micro seconds, and making trades. How important is microseconds? Not talking seconds, I’m talking microseconds. State Street Capital (who manages funds like SPY) spent $300 million to move their trading data center to a suburb in New Jersey because the electric was quicker there and they could shave 4 MICROSECONDS off of trades. Why is this such an issue? Futures. Most people think of stock trading as buying a few shares of a company and then hold it and wait for it to go up and down. You buy 10 shares of Microsoft. It might go up 50 cents over the course of the day, so you make $5. Futures is another beast. Lets look at NQ. That is Nasdaq Futures. Again, I do futures, so I know this stuff inside and out. With NQ, if you buy a single contract. It Costs $42,309.90 that’s the exact amount. When you buy it, it is valued at what ever the Nasdaq is trading for at that minute. Once you own the contract, it pays $5 per “tick”. The Nasdaq being so big doesn’t trade in pennies, it only trades in $0.25 ticks, and each tick is $5. So if it goes up 4 tickets which is only $1 in the actual price to the Nasdaq, it’s a $20 return. It is a 20x multiplier. Nasdaq moves A LOT over the course of a day and ridiculously fast. When Trump sends out his Truth posts like “We’re going to bomb the hell out of Iran” you can have a 400 point drop in the NASDAQ in the span of a few seconds. $8,000 per contract in a matter of seconds. If you have this info even a half second early, you can put in a put sale, and scalp $8,000 per share. If you’re someone like Goldman Sachs, there may be 100,000 contracts. You sell and then buy back seconds later. You can literally make close to a billion dollars in under 2 seconds.
  • Lets talk about batteries. Back November before we started all our bullshit wars, Trump was fascinated with Ukraine and their drones which ran off batteries. Donny Jr and Eric then started a company called “Unusual Machines” To make batteries for drones. But here was the problem “Unusual Machines” was a company Registered in Florida as an LLC which was a lawn care service. So The Trump kids, created a company called “Trump Battery LLC” Then used the LLC to purchase the rights and name of “Universal Machines”. They then got a $628 million grant from the pentagon to make batteries for drones. So you wanna talk a few hundered thousand about Hunter Biden. But anyhow, so here is the issue. First, this company could not produce a single battery. Batteries require rare earth materials. No Rare Earth, no batteries. So Donny Jr then set up another company called Vulcan Elements. A company to mine Rare earth minerals. The problem was, yeah the company was a thing, but they had exactly zero mining contracts. So they couldn’t produce shit. So then the pentagon gave Vulcan a $620 million grant (for those who don’t know, grants are not loans, they are just given to you and you never pay them back) to explore options of Rare Earth minerals. You can’t just find Rare Earth mines. So Donny Jr then set up another company called 1789 Capital, which was to be used as a go between for rare earth contracts. They were given a $120 million grant. So for those keeping track at home, we’re up to $1,368,000,000 nearly $1.4 BILLION to not only not make a single battery, but not even have the materials to make one. The US Government then paid $1.6 billion to KAZ Resources in Kazakhstan to mine minerals, and give Donny’s company a 20% stake. We’re now up to $3 BILLION and still not a single battery produced. Meanwhile that mine is just about tapped out, it has been dug since 1996 and there might only be $10 million worth of materials.
  • Meanwhile, as we spend $3 billion of batteries we’ll never see. They also saw all the drones blowing shit up. So Eric set up a new LLC to acquire “Powerus”. A drone startup that has not produced a single drone. Then it immediately (literally 4 days after acquisition) got a $320 million grant from the defense department. This is a company which has 9 employees. And there is not chance in hell they will ever produce a single drone. Even they say they are 3 years away from having something functional. By then, the grant will be dried up, everyone will cash out and walk away.

We won’t even bother talking about Kushner who has spent months being our “war negotiator” despite the fact he has no government clearance but has secured $6 Billion in Venture Capital funding through the middle east while doing his negotiations. But best part was Kuwait. After paying $600 million to Kushner’s fund, they got bombed by Iran and got all butthurt because Kushner had promised them security for their investment.

Then there are the pardons. My God The Pardons.

This is my favorite thing. So Trump said he was 100% against drug trafficers. Anyone that traffics in drugs should be put to death. Oh God This is Good. So the person in charge of the Trump Pardons is Alice Marie Johnson. She was arrested in 1993, and convicted in 1996 for Drug Trafficing of Cocain and money laundering. She was one of the largest cocaine traffickers in the US. She was sentenced to live in prison. Trump pardoned her, and then made her the pardon czar. Wrap your head around that. He has since then pardoned Juan Hernandez who was convicted of trafficking literal tons of cocaine. He pardoned Ross Ulbricht, the founder of silk road who not only trafficked tons of drugs but facilitated murders, and laundered billions of dollars.

Thing is, this isn’t even the bullshit.

He has pardoned more people in the last 16 months than any president ever pardoned in an entire term (including 8 year). Here’s what’s awesome. There have been 719 people who have gone to Mara Lago, and  had a friend of family member “donate” at least $1 million to his PAC. Who then got pardons within 60 days. The shittiest part? So 49 of them were people who ran financial scams on people. When they were convicted their assets were frozen, and the assets were working their way through courts to pay the victims back. But when he pardons them, then all of that gets released back to the people. $188 billion right there.

I’ve asked people, multiple times, why is it that you guys love this guy so much. I generally get a handful of answers. And every single time, the responses leave me more baffled than before. It’s like we’re living in completely different realities, and no amount of numbers or examples can bridge that divide. Let’s break it down even further because this isn’t just surface-level disagreement — it’s something deeper, more psychological, and frankly, more dangerous for the country. The devotion runs so deep that even when the evidence piles up in front of their eyes — the broken promises on costs, the new wars, the exploding deficits, the blatant grift — it somehow gets reframed as “winning” or “owning the libs” or part of some grand master plan that only true believers can see. It’s exhausting to watch, and even more exhausting to try to reason with.

#1: From the hood wearing racists. “He is strong on immigration and getting those spics out”. Lets look at the numbers here. He’s not. While they are busy arresting people on valid visas, or people who are going through naturalization, which they “count” as arrested. Trump is deporting less than 28% of what Biden did. We arrested people that shouldn’t be, hold them for months, then have to release them. And at the same time Geo Group, which runs private prisons holding them, has been paid $784 Million in the last 9 months, where as they were only paid $14 million over Bidens entire 4 years. But Geo Group also “donated” $1.8 million to trump’s Pac, so it makes sense. So if you’re thing is getting rid of illegals, then this argument fails, since Biden departed nearly 3:1. How do you square that? How do you cheer for “mass deportations” when the actual statistics show the opposite is happening, while private prison stocks soar and your tax dollars flow straight into connected companies? It feels like the rhetoric is all that matters — the tough talk, the soundbites, the rallies where everyone chants together. Facts become secondary when the emotion of “finally someone saying what we’re all thinking” takes over. But at what cost? We’re spending more, achieving less, and dividing communities even further while claiming victory. And this isn’t a one-off; it’s a pattern where perception overrides performance, where the narrative of strength hides the reality of inefficiency and profiteering.

#2: “He’s is a Great Business Man and Runs The Country like that”… lets remember, Las Vegas has been around for 104 years, and in that time one, literally one casino went bankrupt, and it was his. Today if you go to Vegas, you can use a slot machine in a gas station. There is ONE building there that isn’t allowed a gaming license. And That is Trump International. He bankrupted 4 casinos in Atlantic City. He has personally files bankruptcy 6 times, and he has done it with 15 businesses. His entire life has been borrow as much as you can, then walk away. And this is what he is doing with the country, but the problem is you can’t walk away from it. This one hurts the most for me because it’s sold as competence. “He’s a dealmaker!” they say. But when you look at the pattern — overleveraged projects, stiffing contractors, multiple Chapter 11 filings, and now applying the same approach to national finances with exploding deficits and vanity spending — it stops looking like genius and starts looking like a con. Running a country isn’t like flipping real estate or hosting TV shows. You can’t declare bankruptcy on Social Security or Medicare. You can’t just rug-pull the entire economy when the bills come due. Yet here we are, watching the national credit card get maxed out while the “businessman” narrative persists unchanged. Why? Because admitting the emperor has no clothes would require too much cognitive dissonance for the faithful. Supporters will point to stock market highs (The Stock Market has hit a new high during every Presidency since 1814, including Hoover in the Great Depression. That’s what the Dow Jones does, it goes up, if something starts to suck they take it out and replace it) in the past or branding success, ignoring the bankruptcies, the lawsuits, the unpaid bills, and the current national trajectory that mirrors those failed ventures on a catastrophic scale. It’s the ultimate triumph of marketing over management.

#3: “He doesn’t care about PC police and says what is on his mind”. My God this is the stupidest argument EVER. Honest to god, I can’t even wrap my head around this one. If what you say makes you an asshole, then you are an asshole. It’s not bravery to insult allies, veterans, or entire groups of citizens. It’s not refreshing to constantly create chaos and division. Being “anti-PC” doesn’t excuse poor judgment, corruption, or policies that hurt everyday Americans. It just gives cover for behavior that would get any normal person fired or shunned. Yet for supporters, it’s catnip. The more outrageous, the more they love it. It’s like they’ve convinced themselves that rudeness equals authenticity, and authenticity equals leadership. Never mind the results — the higher prices, the wars, the grift, the pardons. As long as he triggers the libs and owns the media, it’s all good. This mindset turns politics into entertainment, a reality show where the country itself is the stage, and consequences are someone else’s problem. They cheer the spectacle while ignoring the wreckage left behind — families struggling with costs, service members in unnecessary conflicts, taxpayers footing vanity bills. The “tells it like it is” defense has become an all-purpose shield against any criticism, no matter how valid or data-driven.

My absolute tipping point, is MAGA people and their whole “Trump Derangement Syndrome”. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!?!?!?!?! You sit there and defend everything he does, no matter how corrupt or stupid it is, but then call this nonsense to anyone who questions him? I’ve personally found anyone who ever mentions that, cut them off. They are done. they drank the Kool aid and are passed the point of no return. It’s projection at its finest. The real derangement is the blind loyalty that excuses trillion-dollar deficits, endless conflicts, personal enrichment through public office, and a White House turned into a personal playground of gold plating and marble imports. Question one policy and you’re “deranged.” Point out the hypocrisy and you’re the enemy. It’s a cult of personality where loyalty to the man overrides loyalty to the country, the Constitution, or basic common sense. And this syndrome label gets thrown around so casually now that it has lost all meaning, serving only to shut down debate and reinforce the echo chamber. Anyone with concerns about the direction of the nation, the fiscal irresponsibility, or the ethical lapses is instantly dismissed as suffering from it, while the true believers march on, unfazed by mounting evidence.

The thing that makes me sick, is I’m a true honest to god independent. I’ll vote for Democrat or Republican no question if what they say benefits me. I have the same feeling for the AOC/Sanders/Mandabi ultra progressives as I do for the MAGA idiots. You morons are so brainwashed, you will vote for ANYONE as long as they have their team letter next to their name.

This is why the country has turned to such shit. Sometimes you need to vote republican, some times you need to vote democrat. You have to keep them on their toes to make sure they don’t shift too far either way and keep them in check. But that just never happens anymore. Everyone is so stuck to their team. And each team keeps going further and further to their side. The polarization has reached a breaking point where facts don’t matter, accountability is nonexistent, and the average citizen pays the price through higher costs, unstable energy, endless wars, and a government that feels more like a grift operation than a democracy. We deserve better than this tribalism. We deserve leaders who deliver results, not just rallies and excuses. Until more people wake up and start thinking independently, the cycle will only continue, dragging the country deeper into dysfunction. This team loyalty has poisoned discourse, turned neighbors against each other, and prioritized party over policy for far too long. It’s time for a return to pragmatic voting, where promises are measured against outcomes, and no one gets a free pass just because of an (R) or (D) next to their name. The future of the nation depends on breaking free from these rigid camps and demanding better from everyone in power.
