Last week The Democratic National Committee released their Post Mortem for why they believe they lost the 2024 election. This report was 96 pages of the dumbest fuckery I have ever seen, and actually goes to show just how out of touch with reality the Democrats have become.
Look, if you follow the “news” then you are an uninformed idiot. All news. Literally all of it now days exc ept for things like NPR and BBC are nothing but propaganda. I remember my mom once told me, and this was like 20+ years ago “If the person on the news is getting emotional, then you’re not watching news, you’re watching propaganda” And it’s totally true. If you watch MSNBC or you watch Fox News. You are getting a TOTALLY different version of reality. They are the yin to the yang. The one thing is, MSNBC will bend the rules, and exaggerate, but they never actually “lie” where Fox News will absolutely straight up 100% lie about things. I mean, not even close. They will take something some random jackass said on twitter and run it as an actual story (Remember the people in Springfield Eating Dogs and Cats? That never happened and even the person who said it admitted she lied).
But that is besides the point… sort of.
When we were going into the election, All the polls, literally EVERY SINGLE POLL showed that Harris was going to win. Polls have meant absolutely nothing since 2012. We don’t live in that world anymore. No matter how much the old people want to think so. You literally cannot poll people anymore. 95% of phone polls are going to go unanswered. How many people answer a “unknown number” now days? You can’t poll land lines, how many people even have land lines? They used to do in person polls at the mall. Who the hell goes to the mall now days? There is literally no way to poll. If you do try to poll, you are doing nothing but picking numbers out of your ass.
I point to Ann Selzer. Since the early 80s. She was hands down, without a doubt, the best pollster in the entire country. She never missed. Not only did she never miss, but the results ended up being almost exactly to what she said……… Yeah this year she has Harris +3 and ended up being Trump +21 in her area. That’s not a whoopsie. That’s an ass kicking.
New York Times, Marquette, Marrist, YouGov, you can go on and on and on, every single poll was wrong. Not just wrong, but WILDLY wrong. But it’s not like they were all wrong breaking GOP side. They were wrong all over. All of them. Polls are totally useless at this point.
But anyhow. when you come to the Democrats, and why they “think” they lost. It makes me want to throw up on myself. Here are their take aways
#1: They were not progressive enough
#2: They did not put abortion front and center enough
#3: They did not feature Gay Rights enough
#4: They did not feature the end of Gaza war enough
#5: They did not feature Project 2025 enough
#6: They did not feature inclusion enough.
Those are their 6 talking points.
If you think ANY of this is going to win you an election outside of a small congressional seat, then you are an asshole. Looking at these things on a national level? Nah yo.
OK, look most Republicans will say stupid shit like “ehhh inflation, grocery prices” and other dumb bullshit to see smart, but none of that had a goddamn thing as to why people voted for Trump.
I told people 3 weeks before the election, Trump was a 100% guaranty to win because the Dems were stuck in their fairy tail bullshit.
#1: I’m just going to totally ignore.
#2: with abortion. The Dems could not have possibly put abortion more front and center. It was like their MAIN thing. On October 30th JD Vance said on Meet The Press “Actual real Americans don’t actually care about abortion”. Things like MSNBC and people on social media went nuts when he said that. Great, but those are a TINY portion of people. The reality is, he was 100% correct. Despite what a tiny amount of liberals like to tell you, most people actually do not give a shit about abortion. 90% of men couldn’t care less. You might like to think there all are these “Girl Dads” but the reality is there aren’t. Most guys couldn’t care less about abortion and it’s never going to flip a vote. Even with women, 50% there don’t care either. It’s a small group of people that makes a lot of noise. It’s like Guns (on both sides) with this tiny amount all BAN THE GUNS. But then this other tiny amount that are all 2ND AMENDMENT! But the reality is the majority of people, no matter how much it breaks your heart, just doesn’t fucking care.
#3: Gay rights. Again, if you pay attention to liberal news, they make it seem like this is a big deal. But reality is no one cares. This one is even worse. No one gives a shit about bathrooms. Or any of the nonsense they want to bring up. But at the same time, like 100% of republicans and even a huge part of democrats, and going to be super against things like males becoming transgender and playing in female sports. There is no good argument for this, so just stop. If you have LeBron James throw on a Dress and start playing for the New York Liberty just backing down and dunking on every female there is, everyone will be pisses. This is just a stupid argument. There is no way more than maybe 10% of liberals will accept this.
#4: The Gaza War. OK, the GOP consistently giving Israel billions of dollars they don’t need is fucked up. But at the same time. A group of militants riding in on dirt bikes to kidnap, rape, and kill people is pretty fucked up too. Personally, I don’t support giving ANY of them money. But there is no way you can sit there and claim foul on the behalf of the people of Gaza. They knew how this was going to be. They knew if they invaded there would be shit to pay. And they don’t care. they hang on to hostages, killing one or two every week. What is the end game here? You want to call Israel a country performing genocide. What is any difference between that and what the US did in Iraq, Afghanistan, Pakistan, or Syria? Literally nothing.
#5: Project 2025. Ok, this one I got along with. They just did it REALLY bad. The vast majority of humanity has absolutely no idea what is included in Project 2025. FOX News will never mention it. and places like MSNBC just pick off little pieces. I’ll admit the whole Project 2025 thing is scary as hell because it turns the US from an democracy into an Oligarchy which is 100% happening right now. I mean, shit, Musk is actually going to have an office in the white house. I’m a rather neutral political person. But if you actually read the 908 pages of the Project 2025 manifesto. It is REALLY fucked up. The Dems dropped the ball huge here. When people took excerpts from the document and polled them to people not telling them what it was, even with how bad polls are, Project 2025 polled around 7%. It’s that fucked up. When places starting pinging Trump with Project 2025 people, he went out there and said he knew nothing about it, had never heard of it, had no idea what it was. That was bullshit. There were 19 people on the Senior Board of Directors. and all 19, literally every single one, is currently nominated for a cabinet position. This is the one big thing that worries me about a Trump Presidency. Honestly, I don’t think he is going to make it 4 years. I think he is going to resign, either by himself or article 25 in the first 2 years.
#6: Inclusion. I’m going to stick this too.
Now, you wanna know why Trump actually won?
Inflation? No
Immigration? No
All the Liberal shit? No.
Look. I know all of those of us who read news like to actually pretend in our heads that the masses are actually aware of what is going around them. But lets look at actual number
171 million people voted
1.86 million people a day watch FOX News
1.27 million people a day watch CNN
1.04 people a day watch MSNBC
2.56 million people read old media (NY Times, LA times, Boston Globe, etc.)
Less than 4% of people who voted have any interaction with traditional media.
You can’t get this through people’s heads, NO ONE CARES ABOUT POLICY.
You can scream from the goddamn rooftops and no one is going to fucking care.
On the right it’s all about immigration. First thing, is none of them understands how it works. But that’s besides the point. Because like all the liberal stuff, it’s another check point where people LOVE to think it’s important, but reality is 90% of people couldn’t give a shit.

Trump one the young male vote by a staggering amount. like by 76%. Which, NO SHIT
Trump also one the gen x and Gen z male votes by a huge amount, like 68% to 33%, which NO SHIT.
Look, this has nothing to do with race, it has nothing to do with gender, it has nothing to do with anything really, except LEAVE US ALONE.
The world has gone way overboard with every single person all “Well I get triggered because of….” and “Well I can do this because of ….” and “Well I feel attacked because of…”
Look. Life is life. Are there going to be good times? Sure. Are there going to be bad times? Goddamn right.
But the entire world has started to walk on eggshells about everything because you have to be afraid that anything you say or do will “trigger” someone.
We’ve turned into a selfish society. Everything has to be what you want. No compromise. It has to be your way. If it’s not, then you cry about it, and things need to be changed in your favor.
That’s fucked up. and that is a waste of time. Life happens. Good things happen. Bad things happen.
I was a managers at my job, I had to write a weekly newsletter, and I was instructed by HR I needed to do things to help engagement for people reading. So I would add all the important news for our job for the news, KPI stats, vacation time, and I would add a few memes a week just to give people something fun to seen. I actually added this meme
One of the people who had worked for me for 6 years, take that and went to HR and complained that I was promoting misogynist images, and was a “trigger” that made her not feel comfortable working for us. Luckily, we had an HR person at the time that was like, WTF? Lame. So nothing became of it.
But this is what I’m talking about. The Liberals have become SOOOOOOOO far to the left, that literally anything that does not fit their way of thinking is bad.
It reminds me of concerts I go to. I go to a metric ass load of concerts. Some are good. Some are bad. Just the way it is. I go to shows of the biggest pop stars there are.
You have these giant fans, that the artist can do no wrong. Literally. They could come out on stage and take a dump and it will be the best show ever. There is no changing their mind. One big thing for me was Sabrina Carpenter. I have been seeing her shows for years. When she was playing tiny little club shows, like History in Toronto she was awesome. But them she opened for Swift, and started doing arena shows. she was not ready for those at all. Again, I LOVE her live. But then I went to see her at MSG in NYC, and KIA in LA, and she no longer sings. Just lip syncing, and a few “live mic” yells every now and then. Yeah, I recorded the whole thing, and she was lip syncing.
